Zweite Ausgabe des Johann von Köln (erstmals 1477-78). Insgesamt die dritte Gesamtausgabe des Herausgebers Thomas Penketh, der für die Additiones des ersten Buches von Bartholmaeus Bellatus unterstützt wurde.

EINBAND: Alter Pergamentband auf 3 Bünden mit hs. Rückentitel. 4to. 23,5 : 17 cm. - KOLLATION: 280 (st. 282) nn. Bll. Got. Typ. 2 Spalten. 46-47 Zeilen. - ZUSTAND: Ohne das erste weiße Bl. und das letzte Bl. mit der Druckermarke. - Kopfsteg stellenw. leicht wasserrandig, vereinz. gering fleckig, erstes Bl. mit hinterl. Einriß und etw. angestaubt, wenige zeitgenöss. Marginalien, Fußsteg im Bundbereich zu Beginn mit kl. Nagespur. Vorsätze erneuert, Deckel und tls. Rücken restauriert.

Old vellum on raised bands with ms. title on spine (restored). - Without the first blank and the last leaf with printer's device. Upper margin slightly waterstained in places, only here and there slightly stained, first leaf with tear (backed) and dusty, few contemp. marginalia, lower margin at gutter with a small gnawing mark at beginning; endpapers renewed.
