Wunderschön altkolorierte Gesamtkarte von Irland.

"Impressive and decorative" (A. Kelly). - Im Rand des Kartenbildes mit großer Wappendarstellung, Segelschiffen, Seeungeheuern und mehreren Beschlagwerkkartuschen, darunter die Widmung an James I., die in dieser Ausgabe der Karte mit dem Text "Hiberniam S. Patricius à Coelestino .." überklebt wurde, vemutlich aus Rücksicht auf ein katholisches Käuferpublikum. Mit italienischem Text auf der Rückseite.

- ZUSTAND: Etwas gebräunt und stellenweise leicht fleckig, Mittelfalte unten mit Einriß bis in die Darstellung (ca. 12 cm) und wenigen kl. Papierbeschabungen, oberer Rand mit kl. Läsuren.

State b with the dedication to James I. pasted over with a slip of paper. - Somewhat tanned and partly slightly stained. Bottom of centrefold with split of about 12 cm and few small paper abrasions. Upper margin with small defects in places.
